The Dominion Covenant Fellowship of Churches, Intl. was established in 2003 by Apostle James E. Kellem. The term “The Dominion Difference” is coin from the heart of Apostle Kellem and emphasizes God’s vision in him for “A New Order for a Different Kind of Movement.” This radical terminology: “The Dominion Difference” - recognize and honors the heart and humility of Apostle Kellem and the Holy Spirit’s authority to raise up apostolic leaders and release men and women to operate apostolically and prophetically.
From the time of D.C.F.O.C., Intl’s beginning, God has raised up apostolic leaders under the leadership of Apostle James E. Kellem and apostolic assignment placed in the hands of humble leaders. Leaders who were viewed as lower in rank and resources of the privileged few. “The Dominion Difference” is a true representation of the courage and spirit of the true obedience to God’s mandate upon the lives of Dominion Leaders, and their obedience to God’s mandate upon the lives and their willingness to overcome the ideologies of the status quo. Leaders are at the heart of the D.C.F.O.C. Intl vision and the other models of Fellowship Families are simply different from that which God has put in the heart of Apostle Kellem.
The Kingdom mandate upon D.C.F.O.C. Intl. and its Founding Father, Apostle James E. Kellem is to identify, oversee and release leaders everywhere into their callings and destinies; leaders who are identified by their response to the Lord’s truth. Leaders, whose spirits leap when they hear and receive the confirming Word of the Holy Spirit through the episcopacy of The Fellowship. Like the Apostle Paul, Apostle James E. Kellem is an apostle by the will of God. Apostle Kellem is an Apostle, who knows who he is and therefore knows his purpose. D.C.F.O.C. As a Spiritual Embassy in the earth realm, we the Dominion Covenant Fellowship’s mission is to continue the global outreach vision of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and has given us a mandate to cover the earth with the Gospel message.
It is the mission of every church and ministry connected Dominion to promote, protect, and advance the Kingdom of God in every home, neighborhood, city, state, nation, and the world. We are also mandated to live the life commanded in the Word of God.
We are to be a people of character and integrity a people who understand the principles of righteous and holy living.
It is our mission to spread the gospel thru the apostolic mandate of building, establishing, planting, connecting, and networking with ministries all over the world, to duplicate the Kingdom Building models outlined in the Word of God.
As ambassadors for the Kingdom, we have the responsibly to serve as agents of heaven and reflect the values and tenets of the Word of God and whenever possible to operate in the ministry of reconciliation until every soul and life is changed for the better thru Jesus Christ. We encourage every church and ministry connected to us to follow this mandate as promote these views in every area of the world.
WE BELIEVE IN APOSTOLIC ALIGNMENT
The Dominion Covenant Fellowship is founded on the principle that some of the greatest minds in the kingdom are yet to be discovered. We believe God has given us a mandate to identify and connect with these ministry gifts and provide an opportunity for growth and advancement. We do not discriminate against men and women in ministry, and we concentrate our focus on building the Kingdom of God through the foundational principles and teachings of the New Testament.
WE BELIEVE IN KINGDOM ORDER
We believe at the core of ministry is that we must have a spirit of order in which we do everything with kingdom excellence and with a sense of kingdom business. To this end we hold integrity, and character in the highest regard as it relates to the business of the fellowship.
WE BELIEVE IN KINGDOM STRUCTURE
We are a structured organization and have a solid structural program and manual called the ‘policies procedures and protocol’ which basically outlines everything we are about and explains our basic function. We are not a fly by night organization, but we have assembled some of the greatest minds in Christendom to put forth a great instrument that gives us direction.
WE ARE AN APOSTOLIC COVERING
OUR APOSTOLIC VISION is to provide an Apostolic Ecclesiastical Covering for Churches and Ministries. To provide clergy certification and credentials for Ministers, and to provide technical assistance, ecclesiastical counsel, and spiritual insights into various areas of ministry. We believe and support five-fold ministry.
We also believe we are to establish and plant churches in every state and around the world. We believe we are to make fellowship connections with churches and ministries who will connect and become a part of this great vision all over the world.
WE HAVE A STRONG WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Under the new leadership of Pastor Victorene Kellem our Women’s Department has advanced to new realms of Kingdom growth. Our Women’s Department holds an annual Women’s Convention each year in the month of May. There are classes, workshops, nightly services designed to; Refresh, Reset, and Revival each woman who attends.
MENS’ MINISTRY
It is our vision to build a strong and powerful Men’s Ministry in Dominion. To address and strengthen Men of Valor, building families, homes, marriages relationships, communities, in the proper biblical way.
One of the most important focuses is leadership development.
We believe if we invest in the leaders, and build the leadership team in every church, jurisdiction, and state that the net effect will strengthen the whole Body. When leaders grow and are trained to be more effective at what they do, it brings increase to the whole body.
We have within our organization some well-trained leaders; however, we do reach outside for those who possess special skills for to conduct classes and workshops in certain areas. Our focus is to sharpen the skill set of each leader, to create the best spiritual weapon against the strategy of the enemy.
Connection to a larger platform, and exposure to a wide audience.
Dominion allows you to be connected to a growing and thriving organization, with a larger platform of visibility and a powerful group of dedicated Pastors and Leaders, and yet maintain your autonomy to carry out the vision God has given you. All we ask is that you make and keep your commitment to the presiding Prelate of Dominion.
We have a schedule of seed giving to help us move the vision forward. We ask each Pastor and Leader to support each month with a $50.00 covenant partners offering, to help defray the cost of our national meeting. We ask each dominion church to contribute seeds towards the national work. We also ask that you have a physical commitment to support the national meetings, morally, physically, and financially, to the best of your ability. We are not focused on money, however it does take money to do ministry. Our main focus is man’s soul, and Kingdom development.
Yes, there are many advance leadership opportunities that are available thru Dominion. If you have met the qualifications of God, live a saved life, be spirit filled, and live a life of integrity, we would love to discuss a placement for you in a leadership in Dominion.
If you just want a covering, you don’t have to take a position and we will still welcome you and connect you to Dominion.
If you are already a Bishop or Apostle and have churches with you, but want to connect with a larger growing organization, we will connect with you and you will not lose control of your work, you will still preside over your work, but you will just be connected to Dominion and expected to support Dominion as well.
NO, Dominion is not after your church or ministry; you retain full control of your work.
You never have to worry of be concerned about the motives and intentions of Dominion. We respect the autonomy of each local church and ministry. The only thing we ask is that each ministry commits to work with the fellowship.
NO, Dominion is not a denomination we are fellowship of bible believing churches that have connected under the banner of LOVE, APOSTOLIC LEADERSHIP, and KINGDOM BUILDING.
We have established fellowships in the following areas: Michigan, Alabama, Oregon, Florida, Indiana, New York, and Tennessee, California. And South Africa.
Yes, the National Convocation is held the second week of August each year in Detroit, Michigan. Each state is encouraged to have state convocation once a year. And all states are encouraged to support the other states as much as possible. The National Women’s Convention for the Women’s Department is held the second week of May, in Salem, Oregon.
You have a Presiding Prelate with 46+ years of active ministry, 21 years as a Bishop, and 10 years as a confirm Apostle, which will give you a wealth of information and counseling experience. He is also an Apostolic Father who God has anointed with a mission to help propel you into your destiny, and teach integrity and character to the Body of Christ.
We can come into your area and assist you directly with: Revivals, Crusades, Leadership Summits, and we have several specialized departments designed to assist your local ministry grow and prosper.
We can plant churches, assist you with the development of your local church, and we have a team of dedicated likeminded leaders who will become you church family.
We are looking for Passionate, Committed, and Dedicated Leaders who are willing to work with us to build God’s Kingdom for Jesus Christ. We are NOT looking for people who just want a title, people who have hidden agendas, people who don’t really want to live a saved life, and people who are just looking to get something, but not GIVE something back in return.
